Archery Deer Hunt

An annual archery deer hunt has been held at Camp Ripley since 1954. This hunt draws nationwide attention. It is one of the largest archery deer hunts in the United States, and provides the opportunity to pursue one of Ripley's notoriously large bucks. Hunters are allowed to apply for one of two 2-day seasons.
